Your registration includes your 2 nights accommodation at our camp location. You will be accommodated in shared guest rooms (No Tents!) , with toilets and showers, and access to electricity.

Please specify in the registration form if you have any allergies or intolerances, or if you follow a specific diet. We will be able to accommodate accordingly.  We will provide meals and snacks and have hypo supplies present (but do remember to bring your own supplies too).

The charity has helped to greatly subsidise the overall cost for each person. The low registration fee (TBC) includes 6 main meals, 2 nights accommodation, refreshments, all outdoor activities and expert sessions throughout your stay.

What if I cannot afford the fee? Please contact us if the subsidised price is still a concern to you and you would like to attend. As a charity we are inclusive and can discuss limited sponsored spaces to further support those in need of it.

The camp is usually hosted in the south of England, around the Reading/Oxford area. We will confirm the location soon!
