Our annual summer camp for young adults living with Type 1 diabetes (18-40 year olds) provides a recreational opportunity to meet others, engage in leisure activities and take onboard some helpful diabetes tips along the way. We believe that emotional wellbeing and advances to self-confidence with Type 1 diabetes are best benefitted through refreshing approaches to talk about it in out of the box settings while connecting with others who ‘get it.’
