T1D Trek - Bolton Abbey Trek

Come and join us for the day as we embark on a trek together from Bolton Abbey, raising funds for League of Diabetes initiatives. Its a fantastic opportunity to get together and manage your diabetes while exercising with a group of people who just get it.

We would also love for you to invite your friends and family to come along and join us, its very much a whole community event and they're an important part of your community!

We'll meet at Bolton Abbey at 11am and we're currently working on the route but we'll communicate that ahead of time so you know what the plan is. We'll also share a link to our fundraiser so that you can share.
