Camp Phoenix is a 3-day experience designed for adults living with type 1 diabetes—a space where the diabetes conversation feels natural, supportive, and empowering.

In the pace of everyday life, managing type 1 diabetes can often mean putting your own wellbeing second. Camp Phoenix creates the time and space to change that—bringing people together to share experiences, learn from one another, and reconnect with themselves.

Whether you’ve been living with type 1 diabetes for years or were only recently diagnosed, you’ll be surrounded by people who get it—across all ages, backgrounds, and treatment approaches, from tech users to MDI.
