About the event
Rise up in Type 1 spirit (and hopefully not too often in glucose levels!) by joining us at the third version of “Camp Phoenix” this summer in Buckinghamshire.
Our 4th LOD camp 🏕 is for adults living with type 1 diabetes, over 18, with an opportunity to meet others with diabetes, test yourself with some outdoor activities and to make the diabetes talk connect in a recreational atmosphere.
The camp will be from 18th to 20th of July (2 nights) with meals, sessions and activities included for just £75.
We believe that adults living with type 1 diabetes have seldom received face to face and holistic opportunities for support in the UK, and the campsite environment is a unique way to see diabetes in a different light, grow personal leadership skills and lifelong diabuddy connections
